Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join our CareerSystems team in Park Holme. Reporting to the Site Manager you will be responsible for duties such as switchboard management, message taking, greeting and assisting job seekers and visitors, assisting to general enquiries, filing, document typing, coordinating inbound and outbound mail and other general administrative tasks.
To be successful in this role you will:
· Have previous reception experience
· Have a positive attitude with a strong work ethic
· Have a strong understanding of customer service and attention to detail
· Have excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
· Have intermediate Microsoft Office skills
· Have the ability to work autonomously and self manage
· Be a strong team player and show initiative

Based in Morphett Vale and reporting to the Site Manager, we are currently looking for a motivated individual with an employment services background to join and our Job Services Australia (JSA) team.
To be successful in this role you will:
· Have strong case management skills
· Have the ability to assess and then assist job seekers to increase their competence and capability to secure appropriate and sustainable employment.
· Provide intense assistance to job seekers with various vocational/non-vocational barriers
· Have demonstrated ability to follow complex systems and procedures
· Demonstrate high-level communication, conflict resolution and problem solving skills
· Be familiar with DEEWR IT systems, with knowledge of ESS advantageous
· Be focused on the achievement of KPIs, targets and positive outcomes for job seekers

This position is a part time role, working 5 hours Monday to Friday with salary packaging benefits available.
